  • Email address — collected when you purchase a Pro or Agency subscription, in order to deliver your license key and send service-related communications.
  • Payment information — processed entirely by Razorpay (our payment provider). We do not store card numbers or banking details on our servers.
  • License key — generated automatically and associated with your email address.

1.2 Information collected automatically

  • Usage and analytics — we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised usage data including page views, session duration, and referring sources. Google Analytics uses cookies. You can opt out via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  • Server logs — our hosting provider (Hostinger) may record IP addresses, browser type, and accessed URLs in standard server logs for security and operational purposes. These are not used for marketing.

1.3 Plugin data

The FixLinks AI WordPress plugin installed on your WordPress site sends broken link URLs to our AI endpoint (running on Hostinger) for redirect suggestions. We do not store the URLs of your broken links longer than the time needed to process and return the AI suggestion. Your WordPress site’s content is not stored by us.

2. How we use your information

  • To deliver your license key and process your subscription.
  • To send transactional emails related to your subscription (confirmation, renewal, cancellation).
  • To operate and improve the AI redirect suggestion service.
  • To understand how the website and plugin are used in aggregate (via analytics).

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
