Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using FixLinks AI (the “Service”), operated by FixLinks AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

FixLinks AI provides a WordPress plugin and associated SaaS backend that scans WordPress websites for broken links and uses artificial intelligence to suggest 301 redirect destinations. The Service is available under a Free plan and paid subscription tiers (Pro and Agency).

2. Accounts and subscriptions

When you purchase a paid plan, you provide a valid email address to receive your license key. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your license key and for all activity that occurs under it. License keys are non-transferable and are for use on the number of WordPress sites specified in your plan.

3. Payment and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise Razorpay to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your subscription management page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial periods. If you encounter a significant service failure, contact support within 7 days and we will review refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have explicit permission to scan.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or resell the Service or its components.
• Share or resell license keys beyond the sites permitted under your plan (Agency plan includes unlimited sites; Pro and Free are limited to one site).
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

6. Intellectual property

The FixLinks AI plugin and service, including all software, branding, and documentation, are owned by FixLinks AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The free plugin is distributed under the GNU General Public License v2 as required by WordPress.org. The SaaS backend and AI suggestion service are proprietary.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that AI redirect suggestions will be accurate or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixLinks AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or SEO rankings, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months prior to the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
